A particular focus is on the fast and convenient set-up of our machines: Changing tools and setting up new workpiece types is software-supported and can be carried out easily by any employee. Setting and dressing the tools is not necessary, which ensures that the production process can be restarted quickly.

Our portfolio includes the economical E line single-spindle machine, the universal two-spindles U line honing machine and the V line, R line and T line multi-spindle series with 3 to 5 honing spindles. For special applications, we offer the L line for very long bores and the X line for large workpieces. All machines are equipped with patented, highly dynamic honing spindles with direct drive and our intelligent, user-friendly HMC 100 honing control.
In addition, we offer honing as contract manufacturing in one of the world’s largest job shops to fully cover our customers’ requirements.
