The new nc19 ACL adaptive numerical control and Linea 5-axis cnc milling machines

The new nC19 ACL is a Numerical Control that combines a high level of quality with compact design while benefiting from all Fidia technology, including the new ACL Adaptive Logic. Designed to be extremely compact and flexible, the nC19 ACL is equipped with a newly developed physical keyboard and a button panel to increase usability and ergonomics, as well as a 18.5″ wide P-CAP multi-touch full HD monitor. The following features are offered as a standard: the Chattering CRS functions (Chattering Reduction System), the possibility of exploiting the ACL logic for the control of non-standard production variables, and CPM (Custom Parameters Management).
The ACL logic allows to achieve higher performances, increasing them by over 30% in the roughing operations and optimizing the tool life.
The nC19 ACL is a product designed for the wide Fidia range of milling centers but not only. Its versatility and ease of use make it very suitable for carrying out retrofit operations on milling centers built also by other MTBs, benefiting from a great quality/price ratio.

The new machine Linea is the result of the success of the first linear motor machine presented by Fidia in 2019. In addition to the well-known and reputed wide range of GTF gantry, Fidia presents a new interpretation of dynamics and the winning quality-performance-price ratio.
The modular design allows for 3 sizes of X strokes, and a set of milling heads and accessories dedicated to different applications such as: Molds, Aerospace, Composite.
Construction and commissioning times are extremely short.
The machines can also be offered with Siemens CNC, to meet the specific requests of some companies in the Aerospace industry.
They are characterized by high dynamic precision even in continuous 5-axis interpolation and by an efficient adaptive control (standard for Fidia CNC).
The machines are all in line with the EC directives that allow the application of Industry 5.0 tax benefits.
Target use: LINEA M3 and LINEA M4 “Moulding” for semi-finishing and precision finishing of plastic injection moulds; LINEA M4 – LINEA M6 “Moulding” for precision finishing of sheet metal moulds; LINEA S3 – LINEA S4 – LINEA S6 “Aerospace” for machining of avionics structural components in aluminium alloys (also available with Siemens CNC); LINEA S3 – LINEA S4 – LINEA S6 “Composite” for machining of composite material components where high precision is required (also available with Siemens CNC).
