SUPER-VibroBLAST-Air DP
ROLLWASCH ITALIANA
Pad. 15 stand G07
Rollwasch® standard program for dry sandblasting combined with vibratory finishing SUPER-VibroBLAST-Air DP (Patent pending – I) includes machines with nominal capacities from 60 to 120 lt with blasting nozzles involving in 3D the parts in the finishing unit, thanks to special elastic media QF (Patent pending).
Super-Vibroblast machines (S-VBA) can be equipped with antistatic system for polymers, useful in processing components in PA11, PA12, TPU or Composites.
With VibroBLAST you do not use hands, sandblasting takes place in mass and in 3D inside a vibro-finishing machine (Patent pending I).
The S-VBA DP system has TN – top sandblasting nozzles placed in the cover upper area, to involve from above the parts while they rotate 3-dimensionally, clockwise, inside the vibro-blasting tank (pieces meet nozzles every 180°).
The S-VBA DP line is designed on a technological pallet to make its installation immediate through a simple plug-&-play operation. Simply connect DRY air (up to 6 Bar) and the Euro socket to the power line and machine starts working as it was programmed during the try-out before shipment.
All S-VBA DP systems starting from 120 size are characterized by: 2 sandblasting nozzles; 3 air inlet snorkels; filtered dust collection container; cyclone loading door for sandblasting media; total discharge from the tank door; 2 air-sand mixing groups; 3 connections for filtered sand discharge, in correspondence with the 3 filters on the tank bottom; InterLock – safety lock on shot nozzles support bars; protective panel; HEPA filter aspirator is equipped with a standard filter (1 micron) and an outlet silencer.
All S-VBA DP systems are designed to ensure excellent aspiration and filtration, with ATEX Zone level 20 or 22 inside the aspiration unit.
It is always recommended to use de-humidified compressed air.
S-VBA is so innovative carrying out the surface preparation in an environmentally friendly dry mode – VibroBLAST made by Rollwasch is better for planet!
