Pad. 15 stand D02

In hall 15, Stand D02, FICEP is showcasing its innovations dedicated to the forging and steel construction industries.

FICEP’s DD16 direct-drive screw press represents a significant evolution in the forging of ferrous and non-ferrous materials such as titanium, duplex steel, and super duplex steel. The Direct Drive technology uses a linear brushless motor with permanent magnets applied directly to the flywheel, drastically reducing the variability of the production cycle and simplifying maintenance. Thanks to the KERS system, unused energy is recovered and reused, increasing energy efficiency. This press allows precise control of speed and impact energy, ensuring uniform and precise deformation of parts, essential for sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and medical.

The S42C saw offers exceptional performance in cutting round and square bars. Designed to endure intense stress, this saw combines structural robustness, powerful motors, and excellent blade guide system, ensuring fast, precise, and repeatable cuts. The S series also includes automation solutions such as bar loading systems and automatic warehouses, optimizing workflow and reducing waste. The intuitive control software allows operators to efficiently manage cutting parameters, maximizing productivity.

The Kronos gantry machine range for thermal cutting stands out for its ability to perform operations on a single station without the need to move the material. Available in various widths and lengths, Kronos can be configured with plasma, bevel, and oxy-fuel torches. The integration of the 4-axis FANUC Cartesian robot, with a maximum load capacity of 50 kg, further improves the efficiency of the production process. The robot picks up cut pieces and places them at the unloading stations, reducing manual workload and increasing operational safety. The system ensures precision, waste reduction, a safer and less laborious working environment for operators.
