At 34.BI-MU, five demo cells will be on display
A cell for post-machining or post-painting surface inspection, with Kawasaki Robotics RS013N robot, 2CE card installed in the F60 controller and a linear vision system from Keyence. The innovative pulse card from Kawasaki Robotics allows the robot to activate the camera based on the distance of the tool movement relative to the part to be inspected, including acceleration and deceleration. Reduces cycle time by 90%.

Reduces programming time. Detects the smallest defects automatically and without distortion. Compact Bin Picking cell, with Kawasaki Robotics RS025N industrial robot, Kawasaki F02 controller and Photoneo 3D vision system with two sensors. The cell shows the searching, picking and handling of parts inside an industrial bin using the first fixed sensor, the parts are placed randomly on the work surface and picked up with the second sensor positioned on the robot.

Compact collaborative palletising cell, with Kawasaki Robotics CL108N collaborative robot and vacuum box gripping system. Dual-station collaborative compact welding cell with manually rotating table, with Kawasaki Robotics CL110N collaborative robot and FRONIUS welding generator. SCARA Shibaura THE600, THE1000 robots and TS5000E controller. These robots are designed to offer high performance in terms of load and precision, ideal for complex automation and fast cycles.
