 Competence and experience are two qualities on which it is possible to build a company. And that is precisely what its founder Giovanni Cucchi did thanks to his innate passion and inventiveness. From the previous experience of automatic bar turning, F.lli Cucchi was born in the 70s near Milan, a small company for the production of automatic bar loaders, which established itself with notable successes in the following decades. In fact, from the beginning, Cucchi Giovanni loaders have revolutionized the field of automatic feeding of bars for machine tools by trying to develop production towards innovation and cost-effectiveness, without neglecting the quality and practicality of their use. Cucchi Giovanni has always been ahead of its time by adopting and developing the best high-tech solutions, thanks to the valid collaborators it employs and the suggestions of its customers. It is precisely with this mix that the CUCCHI GIOVANNI and EURO-LOADER brand automatic bar loaders have been marketed in various parts of the world. In 2006, coinciding with the entry into the helm of the founder’s 2 children, Cesare, Miriam and Roberto Torri (Miriam’s husband), the company began a reorganization which would, among other things, shape the expansion of the production site completed in July 2008 Participation in numerous international fairs and the continuous search for outlets in foreign markets has led Cucchi Giovanni products to excel in the German market and to project itself as one of the main global producers in the sector, collaborating with prestigious machine tool manufacturers and registering numerous international patents. In 2018, Cucchi Giovanni, with a view to giving an ecological change to its production, installed a 65 kW photovoltaic system at its headquarters, thus contributing to the reduction of Co2 emitted into the atmosphere. 2019, however, was the year of the 40th anniversary of its foundation which led to the launch of new products with the related patents, as well as entry into social media. Leader in the sector has always been our model DB-EVO, for single-spindle lathes. At BI-MU 2024, its evolution (the first) signed DBEVOe will be presented as a national preview, which combines the previous advantages of its predecessor with brushless motors to control its every movement. This loader will be able to support bars of any profile (round, hexagon, square, oval, rectangle, etc.) at a high number of revolutions without using oil in the lubrication of the bars, with a notable advantage also in terms of the environment. Available in versions with flat or bundled bar magazine and with maximum bar passage from 55 to 110 mm. with a maximum length of m. 3.30 – 4.10 – 6.00. The loaders for multi-spindle lathes of the DBM series (bar feeders) and CMSP/CMSPL (bar loaders) are also of great importance in the Cucchi Giovanni product catalogue. These products of ours are present all over the world combined with the main manufacturers of multi-spindle lathes.
