Since 2012 Jobs has been hosting FFG Distribution, the organization that distributes the FFG group (Fair Friend Group) Taiwanese products in Italy and deals with sales, installation and service activities for these brands, in particular Feeler and Leadwell.
The 5-axis machining center Leadwell BC-600 represents one of the most popular solutions in FFG production. Combined with the latest-generation Fanuc 0iMF Plus control, it represents the best compromise for those starting to face 5-axis machining requirements.

The cross-type design, typical of 3-axis machining centers, ensures total work-area visibility, making tooling as well as loading and unloading operations easier.
The generous strokes make this machine extremely versatile.
The tilting arm contains an electrospindle with its own cooling circuit capable of handling medium stock removal machining along with superfinishing processes.
Thanks to an endless possibility of customizing tooling and the ease of interfacing an automatic loading system, it is actually possible to make any type of part.
Leadwell BC-600 is also available with a turning option, thus joining by right the universe of multitasking machines.
The machine on show is equipped with a 40-position tool magazine and a backward control system for all 5 axes to ensure maximum accuracy under all conditions. It also mounts a 15.000-rpm electrospindle with high-pressure coolant adduction through the tool.
The belt-type chip conveyor in combination with the washers and augers arranged along Y axis makes it possible to keep the inside of the work area clean.
