The session will conclude with a call to action for all companies interested in joining the MACHINERY-X business network, an initiative that offers concrete opportunities for innovation and efficiency in the manufacturing sector.

FThe initiative aims to fully comply with the European Data Act, which regulates the access, use and sharing of non-personal data, facilitating the development of the data economy. This promotes the competitiveness of companies in the global market and the adoption of sustainable and innovative practices.

The UCIMU Dataspace Committee, composed of member companies manufacturing machine tools, components and ICT solutions, played a key role in the development of MACHINERY-X. This committee (which ends its task with the event) has, in fact, made possible the creation of a collaborative technology platform open to all UCIMU Members, capable of responding to the needs of the machine tool and mechanical manufacturing sector.
