The KW series machine tool, designed by Kailan Company, is a dual-coordinate 2-axis CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathe. This machine tool is mainly used for rough and finish machining of parts, including turning operations such as external cylindrical surfaces, internal bores, end faces, grooving, cutting off, and threading on shaft parts, cylindrical parts, and disk parts. This machine tool adopts a horizontal lathe layout with an integrated 3-guideway system, divided into tool holder guideway and workpiece guideway.
– The 3 or 4 guideways monolithic bed features wide guideway width, ensuring high stability and efficiency in cutting operations.
– The headstock adopts a four-speed hydraulic shifting mechanism, with high-precision gear transmission characterized by low noise and high rotary accuracy.
