High capacity, types and models
When we talk about high-capacity wheels, that is, used in contexts where the handling of very heavy machinery and industrial equipment is required that can reach even 8 tons per single wheel, it is necessary to rely on safe and guaranteed load handling systems.

Nuova Tecnica’s high capacity industrial wheels are built to facilitate the best sliding on any type of pavement such as asphalt, cement and stoneware.

These industrial wheels, moreover, maintain their tightness even in contact with various oils and fats and chemicals such as acids and salt solutions, making it the ideal solution when moving heavy industrial machinery or equipment in the working environments of the mechanical and metallurgical industry.

High capacity industrial wheels have different types of structure: rigid, swivel, or swivel with brake. They generally have a fixed or swivel upper plate, which is applied to the load by means of bolts. The correct assembly of the individual components ensures their exceptional tightness and weight resistance.

There are three types:

The Foot Master levelling wheels are particularly robust and, depending on the model, each single mechanical component can support from 250 to 1,500 kg, for a total of up to 5 tons on four points.

– 1 hole: when manoeuvrability is desired even for heavy loads. Towing and/or pushing from all sides!
– 1 stainless steel hole: safer and more stable solution for loads to be moved in straight and wide spaces
– 4 holes: manoeuvrability even with heavy loads. Pulling and/or pushing from all sides
– 4 stainless steel holes: safe and stable for loads to be moved in straight and wide spaces
