MAG AUTOBLOK TECNOMAGNETE permanent-electro magnetic systems use this friendly, safe and unlimited force to clamp the pieces to be machined on machine tools. All the magnetic products are conceived with an innovative design “energy saving” with total respect of environmental sustainability.

MILLTEC EVO represents the state of the art in the technological and constructive evolution of electro-permanent magnetic chucks for machining centers and milling machines. The monolithic honeycomb frame has a solid steel structure designed with the same technology used for precision molds by a series of accurate coring machining from both top and bottom side that leaves in between a solid full diaphragm to separate physically the two parts. The result is – on one side – a perfectly protected area hosting the magnetic and electrical components that become integral part of the system and – on the opposite side – a working magnetic area with planar full metallic surface which is machinable 6 mm deep for the insertion of precision bushings, dowel pins, jigs or mechanical and magnetic stops to be used as reference.

MILLTEC EVO has been conceived to keep stronger magnetic force on milling applications where the workpieces have deformations or higher airgap due to their rough conditions.
The performance of MILLTEC EVO is enhanced by the use of RMP round movable polar extensions (patent MAG AUTOBLOK TECNOMAGNETE) able to shim automatically uneven surfaces and avoiding tensions inside the workpiece. Besides their round geometry and integrated screw allow a fast set up while the top cover reduces the time for cleaning.
